Nice salon.and I was offered great service from Sakshi. She did everything very patiently and with great effort focussing more on my comfort.she is very polite.

Was a good experience overall. Prasann did a really good job in cutting my hair. Got facial and detan done by Sakshi and Prachi, which was great as well.

Had an amazing experience of hair straightening... Mr prasann sir has done it very well and all other staffs are so professional and I am very much satisfied with the service.Looking forward to visit again as I already did twice!

Very good service, I did pedicure from Tejal , she did it very nicely considering swelling on my fingers. Massage was very comforting. Also did a protein treatment, Prasanna did it patiently explaining every step in detail. Overall staff is polite, friendly and caring. My experience was wonderful. Also to note they maintain very good hygiene.

A very positive feedback to the team salon apple paud road, as they have provided best service to me, I opted for smoothening service for my very long and dense hair, I received service from prasanna, tejal and jyoti. So my journey started with a request of service provided in afternoon as I have a small kid they adjusted my time accordingly because of that they have to wait back after their working hours for more 2 hours, service started at 5pm and finished at 10pm, prasanna with his smile face and carefully finished his job 100 percent tejal and other staff also helped him, his service is outstanding he did his job skillfully and I am completely satisfied with their work. Tejal who were assisting him is also a customer oriented professional, I really liked the way all the staff treated me as I directly came from my work I enjoyed their hospitality. Jyoti who is a customer relationship manager is so sweet and adjustable and her behavior is really appreciable, it's not only they have given best service, they waited back for me, but i am so impressed that since morning this guys were working and Smoothing for such a long hair is tedious job which they performed so well and neat, Prasanna was not leaving a single factor which can destroy his job even for 1 percent. I want to thanks to all the three Prasanna, tejal, and Jyoti, as well as team salon apple paud road. Highly recommended.
