Well I visited this place after got a recommendation from a Facebook group. I took a really bad decision. They couldn’t manage the crowd atleast they could have rescheduled appointments later. They did waxing in a shady room where towels were thrown in the floor and no body is washing those but reusing it. Then they did hair spa in 15 mins only, I don’t know which cream they used it was highly scented like raw chemicals. And they were very rough with hair and waxing like they couldn’t care less about your hair and skin. If you really love your skin/hair don’t visit just for cheap combo packages.

Today for the first time I went with my husband for my highlights, botox treatment and haircut. And my husband did haircut, shave, pedicure and facial. We loved their service and are satisfied. Highly recommended.

For the first it was a mixed experience. But the arrangement of the management needs to be improved. I did haircut and spa service was great. Though we had to face the hot atmosphere there due to unavailability of Electricity. But service dept was very friendly and loveable. Thanks.

After reading good reviews went there for Hair Spa. But I'm really very disappointed with the girls who work there as they constantly tried to sale their products. The guy who did the head massage has done his job well. I paid 1300 for Wella Hair Spa and I feel it was not worth the money as apart from the head massage and hair wash twice (once before massage with shampoo and once after massage without shampoo) no other steps were followed like steam and all. One more point to mention, from the very beginning they tried to convince me for Keratin Treatment as my hair is very dry and is in a poor condition. Also after clearly mentioning that I wanted to do a hair spa, one of the girls said your skin seems uneven you can try some treatment. Overall not a good experience.
