VISIT ONLY IF YOU HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD BECAUSE THEY WILL CALL YOU TWICE FOR EACH SERVICE There is ZERO transparency on what products they are using. After terrible experiences I’m guessing they are using EXPIRED products. The salon is a waste of time and money. If you are going there to pamper yourself you might end up coming home frustrated or crying. This place should be SHUT. The worst part is they don’t even own up there mistakes. I visited the salon for hair Color - don’t know HOW MUCH Color they used because it was so dark which I didn’t ask for. So had to go again for lighting them. For my clean up - I think they used expired product because I have red marks all over my face and neck. I asked for Rica, they made me wait 30 minutes after that i saw the wax they heated was Raaga, i asked them for Rica, they said okay, they failed to hear the Rica may be cuz it was expired or something else, well whatever, they again made me wait for 20 minutes saying they are heating it. But lol! They failed.and then started sayin Raga is costlier, customers prefers that, Rica is bad it peels of skin. I had to come out without waxing. Dude! Accept ur mistake idiots.
