Neel was fantastic throughout the entire process, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I got highlights and a beautiful balayage, and the result was just stunning. The hair wash was also incredibly relaxing with nice head massage. What stood out the most was how Neel took the time to show me all the products he used, ensuring I was aware of anything in case of allergies or preferences giving me tips on maintenance and styling along the way They also did my child’s first haircut, and it was so sweet to see how patient and caring they were with him.
