No cleanliness or customer care in mind, one staff member kept slapping my shoulders as part of face cleanup, even after I said no MULTIPLE times. She pulled my hair to get me to.sit back, could have easily said it but no, decided to be rude and rough. Extremely I'll mannered and everything is dirty; the towels, the appliances, combs, everything.
