VerifiedMy experience at La Engle Spa was very disappointing. I had booked a session expecting professional service, but the staff made me wait much longer than promised. When the service finally began, it felt rushed and lacked proper attention or quality. The ambience was not relaxing, "I booked a 1-hour session at La Engle Spa, but the staff left after just 20 minutes and never returned. I kept waiting, but no one came back to continue the service. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I will definitely not be coming back and do not recommend this spa to anyone."

VerifiedWorst spa experience!! Layout was good they also gave me a gift for my first time visit but the therepist they have is so unprofessional arrogant like she's doing me a favor to perform the job. she made me left the place. Total waste of money, don't ever go there, this spa is overrated. Try some other one. Tbh.

VerifiedI would give 0 stars to the spa There is nothing good in this spa, neither the staff nor the service it provides My opinion is that you should try another spa instead.

VerifiedIf I could give zero stars, I would. My visit to La Angle Spa in Dehradun was a complete disaster, thanks to one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful staff members I’ve ever encountered — Kajal. She was shockingly rude, arrogant, and absolutely uninterested in her job. Her attitude was so negative and dismissive that it felt like I was being punished for choosing this place. Instead of providing a relaxing experience, she made the entire session feel awkward, uncomfortable, and frankly unbearable. She behaved as if she was doing me a favor by just being there. It was clear she had zero training, no sense of professionalism, and absolutely no respect for customers. Her tone, her expressions, and her overall behavior were insulting. I came here hoping for some peace of mind and left with nothing but anger and frustration. She should not be working in any customer-facing role, let alone a wellness space like a spa. To the management: If you care even slightly about your reputation, fire Kajal immediately. She is single-handedly destroying your business. To everyone reading this: Stay far away from La Angle Spa. It’s not a spa—it’s a nightmare. Form Rajan 👎🏿

Verified"I had an amazing experience at La Angel Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance was incredibly relaxing, with soothing music and a calming aroma that instantly put me at ease. The massage was absolutely perfect—just the right amount of pressure to relieve my tension and stress. The therapist was highly skilled and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed. If you're looking for a top-notch spa experience, La Angel Spa is the place to go. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone in need of relaxation and self-care!"
