He got irritated within few mins and showed his unprofessional behaviour when i asked him to reduce the hair length ! Guy wasn't even ready to give mirror, wait for me to leave the seat.. And everytime i have seen some miscommunication given by receptionist about hair wash and it's charges. So overall experience is bad today ! Customer expects some politeness, patience and good behaviour.
