I chose to revisit because my last experience was great, but this time the whole management had changed, and it showed. They promised me it would take 45 minutes, but it ended up taking 3.5 hours. After the hair wash, the staff applied the spa cream and then left for lunch without informing me. I kept asking how much longer it would take, and they kept saying “10 more minutes,” but there were more delays. The new manager seemed inexperienced and couldn’t handle the situation well.
