HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR CURLY HAIR I have rough 3A/3C curls, and being a curly head it's a struggle to get a good salon. I got the hairdresser "Sabir", they were really good. They initially consulted me regarding what I want, gave their opinion and even told me how I should style my hair. The consultation was so thorough that now ik what styles would look bad on me. Thanks Sabir 🙌. PS- I will edit this post(if I remember 😭) after one hair wash and curl routine and after a month to tell you if the style suits hair growth, till now it looks amazing. Edit- after many washes....sorry I forgot 😭my hair is way more manageable and the styling technique he taught me worked. Very happy with the outcome.

I visited Bloom Salon for a hair spa, wash, and cut. I chose to revisit because my last experience was great, but this time the whole management had changed, and it showed. They promised me it would take 45 minutes, but it ended up taking 3.5 hours. After the hair wash, the staff applied the spa cream and then left for lunch without informing me. I kept asking how much longer it would take, and they kept saying “10 more minutes,” but there were more delays. The new manager seemed inexperienced and couldn’t handle the situation well. While the haircut was good, the long wait and poor communication made this experience very disappointing.
