I went for Hair Botox after seeing great feedback and ads. One hour into the treatment and with the product already on my hair, the hairdresser picked up his bag and tried to leave because he wasn’t being paid by the owner. I was being handed over to an untrained helper, and I literally had to request him multiple times to finish the work. When I shared this in the salon’s group (the same one where they post positive reviews), my messages were deleted and I was removed from the group. The owner privately asked me not to harm the “crores” he has invested. The 2.5-hour service took more than 4 hours. After the first wash, my hair became wavy again. When I asked for a refund, the owner’s behaviour became extremely rude, accusing me of blackmailing, threatening to misuse my details and report the issue to my workplace after finding my details through my phone number. I have finally recieved my refund. Unprofessional staff, mismanagement, poor-quality results, and extremely unethical behaviour.
